Plump Turkey, Stuffing & Mashed Potato Sandwich
Lightly toast bread. Slather each slice with mayo. Heat stuffing, turkey and potatoes in microwave. Spread stuffing on one slice of bread. Pile turkey on top of the stuffing. Slop the potatoes on top of the turkey. Close sandwich with the other slice of bread. Eat.
Side dish suggestions:
Cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, apple pie, cool whip, more turkey, stuffing, or potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn (any style), apple sauce, bread, butter, bacon, (any extremely fattening food really), chips, fries, buffalo wings, (no green vegetables), carrots (candied preferably), even more turkey, etc. (I'm always open to new suggestion...)
